ke777 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, that games will be free from errors, or that defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe. ke777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ke777 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ke777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements, the prohibited conduct rules, or the payment conditions.
